Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form, book a conversation, subscribe to updates or email us, we collect what you provide: usually your name, email address, company, phone number (if you give it) and the message you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools may record technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site and the page that referred you. We collect and use your information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, book a call or subscribe. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your choices and rights”).

We send marketing emails only with your consent, in line with Canada’s anti-spam legislation. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our mailing address and has a working unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop promptly. We may still send non-marketing messages that relate to work you have asked us to do.

We share data with trusted service providers solely to operate our systems, including our website hosting provider, meeting booking tool (Calendly), Google Analytics, and Stripe (payment processing). We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in a business sale or reorganization, with the same protections applying afterward.

Enxea is based in Ontario, Canada. Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country is subject to that country’s laws and may be accessible to its courts and authorities.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons we collected it, or as the law requires. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are normally deleted within [3] months. Records related to paid work are kept for the period required for tax and accounting purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards such as password protection, access limits and reputable service providers. No online system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected people and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• correct information that is wrong or out of date
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• stop sending you marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or contact us)
• withdraw your consent, subject to legal or contractual limits

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

The site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
