Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern your use of enxea.com (the “Site”), operated by Enxea Inc., operating as Enxea Marketing Group (“Enxea”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Site describes Enxea’s marketing consulting services and shares general information. It is provided for information only and is not professional, financial, legal or tax advice. Marketing results depend on many factors, so don’t treat anything on the Site as a recommendation for your specific business.

These terms don’t create a client relationship, and they don’t set the price, scope or terms of any paid work. Those are set out in a written proposal or services agreement that both parties sign or accept. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for that work.

Submitting a form or booking a conversation doesn’t commit you or us to any work. A first conversation is a chance to see whether there is a fit. Please don’t share confidential or sensitive information in a form or call booking before we have agreed on confidentiality terms.

Examples of past results on the Site may be anonymized, rounded or described in general terms to protect confidentiality. They show what has been achieved in particular circumstances, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results. Any testimonials reflect the views of the person quoted and were given with their permission.

The text, graphics, logos, layout and other content on the Site belong to Enxea or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print the content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission. “Enxea” and the Enxea logo are our marks, and you may not use them without permission.

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that harms others
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or other users’ data
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with how the Site works
• copy or scrape the Site at scale, or use automated tools to collect its content without permission
• submit false, misleading or abusive information through our forms

The Site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn or booking tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices. Using them is at your own risk.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or current.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge it.

We may update these terms and the Site at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them or your use of the Site will be handled in the courts of Ontario, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Where the law of your place of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain.
