What do you mean by Exclusive Phone Leads?

Unlike other companies, we only generate local phone leads for our clients. We don’t sell them to anyone else. In fact, once we are working with a real estate agent in an area, we will not work with any other agents in the area (even if they reach out to us). You get a protected local territory with our services.

How do I know you generated the phone lead?

Excellent question! We set up custom tracking phone numbers that ring to your phone number. Before you are connected with the lead, you’ll hear a message, “This is a lead from Enxea Marketing Group, press 1 to accept”.

How many calls will I get?

It all depends on your service area and market demand. Some locations will have more call volume than others as well as certain times of year are generally slow for listings.

Can I control how many calls I get?

Yes! Only want 10 calls per month to start? No problem. Our goal as a business is to create cost certainty for our real estate agent clients. No more paying for postcards, or other forms of advertising where you HOPE for results. With us, you only pay when we make your phone ring.

How quickly can my campaign be launched after signing up?

Typically, we can have your campaign up and running within 5-7 business days after the onboarding process is complete. This includes setting up tracking numbers, creating landing pages, and finalizing ad copy tailored to your market.

How much do the phone call leads cost?

The cost per call all depends on your location.  As you can imagine, calls generated in Manhattan would cost more than calls in Fargo. Feel free to contact us to get pricing per call in your area.

We also offer a discount of 10% per call if you pre-pay for blocks of 10 calls.

Are there any campaign set-up fees?

Yes, there is a one-time campaign set-up fee of $300.

However, and this is the cool part … this fee is refunded back to you after your 10th received call.

What does the campaign set-up fee include?

Our campaign set-up fee covers the cost of:

  • Discovery meeting
  • Keyword research
  • Local market research
  • Tracking phone number(s)
  • Copywriting
  • Specialized landing page(s) development
  • Campaign set up
  • Regular client update calls / meetings

How do you generate the phone leads?

We use a combination of Google Ads and customized, highly-converting landing pages to drive high-intent leads to call our clients. In our experience, Google Ads and optimized landing pages produce excellent results.

How does billing work?

It’s pretty simple. Once we set up your campaign, you will be billed on a predetermined schedule for the calls generated for you.  If no calls are generated, you don’t pay.  For most of our clients, we start off billing after every 5 calls. Once you’ve established a history of on-time payments, we can do monthly billing.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. We work with an open arrangement with all of our clients as they are only paying for calls we generate to them. You are free to cancel at any time – any outstanding balances for calls delivered will be required to be settled at that point.

Can I choose when I’m available to receive phone calls?

Absolutely! In our discovery / onboarding meetings with our clients we will ask what hours and/or days of the week are best for you to take calls. For your success, we want you to be able to answer calls.

Do you guarantee that I will make more sales?

We cannot guarantee more sales because the process / skills of turning a lead into a client is out of our control and subject to your professional sales closing skills. However, we do guarantee you’ll spend less time doing and thinking about marketing and have piece of mind in terms of cost certainty.
